Brixen / Bressanone

It is considered the oldest city in Tyrol and fascinates its visitors over and over again. The bishop's town of Bressanone/Brixen lies between the two rivers Rienza/Rienz and Isarco/Eisack and impresses with its history, culture and numerous events.

Local mountain Plose

The town of Bressanone/Brixen is located directly at the Plose mountain - one of the largest skiing areas in South Tyrol - and is therefore ideally situated for all those who like skiing or snowboarding. There are 45 km of slopes to explore and the longest run in South Tyrol, the "Trametsch" slope, is also here.

For all toboggan fans there is the great toboggan run Kreuztal-Rossalm and also snowshoe hikers and ski tourers can enjoy numerous experiences on the Plose.
