For more than 350 years the Cavallino d'Oro has offered refuge to travellers of the time, since the inn has been mentioned in the annals since 1640. The wayfarer has become a guest, the need to take refuge has turned into a desire to relax: but the hospitality has remained unchanged. We at the Hotel Cavallino d'Oro give a special value at the beginning of the day, which must be really special. Our breakfast buffet includes fresh bread, some of which are also homemade, farmer's butter, homemade jams and colourful muesli, so that you can get off to a great start every day at the Hotel Cavallino d'Oro.
South Tyrolean milk cheese, various local cold cuts, aromatic teas and herbal teas, freshly squeezed juices and steaming coffee are certainly not lacking at your table. During the warm season, we invite you on the terrace to enjoy your breakfast in the open air.

The 26 rooms, each with bathroom, shower and WC, colour TV, radio and telephone (direct dial) and, for most rooms, a large balcony. The house also has a private lift and no architectural barriers. Tennis courts are located in the immediate vicinity. Park your car quietly in the large private car park and enjoy a relaxing walk in the historical centre of Bressanone. The location is central and yet quiet, ideal for hiking in summer in the beautiful surroundings and in winter for descents on the Plose, the snow-covered mountain of Bressanone. Spring offers a unique spectacle of apple trees and blossoming orchards, and autumn awaits us all for the succulent Toerggelen!
