The mountain calls!

A popular destination for many hikers is Lutago/Luttach's local mountain, the 3,368-metre-high Sasso Nero/Schwarzenstein. Besides this beautiful but demanding hike, there are also many other hiking trails and routes: from easy walks to adventurous vie ferrate, there's something for everyone.

If you don't want to climb so high, you can also explore the village on the back of a Haflinger horse or go rafting on the Ahr river. Surely boredom won't come up!

Nearby there is also a very exciting high ropes course on the Malga Scharzbachalm, at 1,400 metres of height.
