The Plan de Corones/Kronplatz ski area is certainly one of the most popular and famous in Italy and lies in the heart of the same-named Dolomites Region. Once at the top, at 2,275 metres of height, the plateau offers an outstanding 360° view of the Dolomites.

Those interested in culture are in good hands in the city of Brunico/Bruneck. With its medieval centre, museums and castle, this city is always worth a visit. Numerous holiday destinations can be discovered in the surroundings, such as San Lorenzo di Sebato/St. Lorenzen, Perca/Percha, Valdaora/Olang, Monguelfo/Welsberg, the famous Anterselva/Antholz and the side valley of the Valle Aurina/Tauferer Ahrntal.

A little tip: If you are looking for an adrenaline kick, this is the place to be! At the Flying Fox ski resort you can cross the Plan de Corones/Kronplatz at 80 km/h with a zip line. And at the giant swing on the top of the Plan de Corones/Kronplatz, you are pulled up 15 meters with a rope winch and then hurled through the air hanging on steel cables.
