Unspoilt nature in Sesto/Sexten
A breathtaking view wherever you look. Sesto/Sexten is a real paradise for all nature lovers.
During the winter months many guests visit the ski resorts of Monte Elmo/Helm and Croda Rossa/Rotwand, which can be reached directly from the village. The long tobogganing run of Croda Rossa is popular and offers unlimited fun for the whole family.
In the summer months, those who are looking for peace, quiet and exciting hikes will love the picturesque Val Fiscalina/Fischleintal. From here, among larch forests, green meadows and the river that crosses the valley, you can take many excursions in the mountains. This is also the starting point for the classic Tour of the Three Peaks.
In Alta Pusteria/Hochpustertal you can also climb some via ferrata or you can dedicate yourself to a classic climbing tour on the Three Peaks.
Mountain bikers can try their hand at the so-called "Stoneman Trail". A rather challenging route, 115 km long and with an altitude difference of over 4,000 metres!
The Croda Rossa meadows, on the other hand, are a special attraction especially for the little ones, as here they can see the reindeers up close.
