Green, green, green, crunchy and healthy are all our light summer vegetarian dishes. If you only think of salad here, you must let the Südtiroler Gasthaus group convince you of the variety that exists on this theme. Many light and tasty dishes will therefore be served - to celebrate, as always, healthy and wholesome cuisine and delight your palate with the irresistible flavours of summer.

Enjoy vegetarian delicacies prepared from South Tyrolean products fresh from the garden, ranging from various green vegetables and herbs. From Friday 18 June to Sunday 25 July we welcome you in our inns.

In keeping with the summer dishes, the innkeepers of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group serve a beer specially brewed for this occasion, the "insriGs" - a strong, full-bodied march from the "Batzen Bräu" brewery.
